You can enable the system to book return appointments at a marine terminal based on the system’s return recommendations. If you have this setting enabled, the system will recommend terminals to return your containers (based on which terminals are accepting containers) AND automatically book your appointment.

If you prefer PortPro does not automatically book your terminal appointments, you can still manually book them through PortPro to avoid logging into multiple terminal websites. On your dispatcher board, when you select your pickup time you have the option to book an appointment at the terminal. From there, the system will do the heavy lifting of booking the appointment.
