First, you will start by grouping together drivers that have the same pay structure. For example, you can group together Owner Operations if they are all paid per move, or hourly drivers if they are all paid the same amount per hour.

Per Move - based on the driver completing a specific event of the container move (ie. you can pay a driver for just completing the pre-pull for the container)
